I think my best friend is in love with me. PLEASE HELP!!!?

I have a best guy friend. He goes to another school than I do. Once I saved him from suicide. He posted online that he was going to kill himself, but I called the cops and they stopped him just in time. He told me that he was being stupid and I was his hero. He has been telling me about this girl that he's in love with. Once, telling me about her, he said "If I could tell her, I would say YOU are the most beautiful girl I've seen in my life. I would be the father of YOUR child" etc.He put A LOT of emphasis on the "you's" He refuses to tell me her name. We always tell each other about our problems, so he told me about how she has a boyfriend and talks about him all the time (Just so happens I do too) And how it hurts when she says stuff like that. His dream is to become a cartoonist. He wants to go out of state for college and everything. He has been dreaming about it for years. He is very talented, I must add. But. I told him about how my dream was to become a mother and get married. Then right after I said that, he said "I would give up my dream just to be the father of her child and her husband. I'd give it ALL up." He's always complaining about how much it hurts when we have talks like this. I told him that maybe he should just tell her anyway, and he said that he didn't want to do anything like that. He said that he is happy if she's happy. But he also said that he can see that she feels like there's something missing, and he can fix it. I told him that maybe to help with the sadness, whenever he thought of her, just to push it aside and think of his dream. He said, "You know what? You've helped me. I'm going to take the first step tomorrow. I'll try." Then he started mumbling (we were on the phone) and he was like "I wish you were a little bit older." I said "why?" He said, "You know so you can get a car and crap." I said "No. Really, what do you mean?" then he goes "Nothing it's just common sense." and starts giggling. (I'm 14 he's almost 16) Then he tells me to hold on a minute. So I did. Then he comes back, saying that his little brother is sick and has to take care of him, so he had to get off. But he said would call me on Wednesday. So we hung up. And now it's Wednesday night. And I haven't gotten a call from him. I tried calling him twice but it went straight to voicemail. I sent him a message today too and he didn't reply. WHAT'S HAPPENING??
