Could I have diabetes?

Right, I'm 16 in seven days. I've noticed that recently, when I exercise to the point that I'm red in the face, sweating, I get 'low blood sugar'. I need something like a banana or another piece of fruit to help me regain energy. Don't get me wrong, I'm very athletic and 'fit' and I have a semi-healthy diet. Also, I notice that I need to urinate more often than other people.
