Curriculum Vitae help much needed!!!?

A curriculum vitae isn't for you. It's for people who have years of experience as a professional. What you have is a regular resume. Don't sugarcoat it. I hardly think that you're resume needs to be longer than one-half page. You have a high school education. Take the nonsense out and print the page.
