Feng Shui decoration question?

I have this little desktop water fountain thing that I don't use (mainly because it does not work right) and I would like to do something with the rocks that it holds and some water. Do you know of any sort of decoration i could make myself out of things I might have here and the rocks? First I thought of just putting the rocks into some water into something on my desk because I know water is something used in Feng shui and was told to have something like a fountain on my desk to promote wisdom. Any ideas?
