Feng Shui - My finances are in a mess and the Jade plant at my front door is dying.?

It has a fungus or something that the plant shop said I can nuture to remove but a lot of the branches have fallen off. Is is better Feng Shui to rid my house of this plant, replacing it with a healthy one I have in the back yard or put it aside and nuture it back to health. Please help, I need to improve my finances quickly.
