I am turning 15 and I am 5'6. I weigh 140 lbs. I just started a proffesional-recomended workout that focuses on muscle gain. I take one day of rest in between workouts (because muscle grows during the rest period) and I follow a somewhat strict diet. I have 40 grams of protein with every meal and a large amount of complex carbs such as potatoes, whole grains, bananas, pasta, etc. I started this rutine last week. When should I start to see results?
