South Feng Shui for living room?

Looking to redecorate this spring, and incorporating Feng Shui principles ( for the first time ).. My living room is the only south room, and according to this should be predominantly red. I am turning 15 and I am 5'6. I weigh 140 lbs. I just started a proffesional-recomended workout that focuses on muscle gain. I take one day of rest in between workouts (because muscle grows during the rest period) and I follow a somewhat strict diet. I have 40 grams of protein with every meal and a large amount of complex carbs such as potatoes, whole grains, bananas, pasta, etc. I started this rutine last week. When should I start to see results?

On average I eat 1 cup of blueberries, 1 banana, 1 orange, 1 peach, 1/2 cup of strawberries a day. Too much?

Eating on a healthy diet like that is great, however you don't want to over eat. But, rather than eating 3 big meals, 6 healthy snacks/ small meals are good as well.
